We offer both! While we recommend seasonal or annual contracts for the best value and consistent service, we also provide one-time services for spring/fall cleanups, special projects, and occasional needs. Contact us for a free estimate on any service.

No problem! With our snow removal services, you don't need to worry. We'll automatically clear your driveway when snow accumulation meets our service trigger, keeping it safe and accessible regardless of your schedule.

We accept cash, checks, and can discuss electronic payment options. For recurring services, we typically invoice monthly or per-visit depending on your preference. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.

Just give us a call or send an email at least 48 hours before your next scheduled service. We understand that needs change, and we're happy to accommodate pauses for vacations or adjustments to your service schedule.

No, you don't need to be home. As long as we have access to your property (gate code, hidden key, etc.), we can perform services while you're away. We'll notify you when service is complete if desired.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're ever unhappy with any service, contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right — whether that means returning to re-do the work or addressing your specific concerns.
